Products

Virtumanecollection specialises in premium virgin and raw Cambodian hair, including wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. Each product is carefully sourced and described to ensure quality and transparency.

2.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
  • We accept payments via [: debit/credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.].
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled after processing has started.

3.

Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–8 business days
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.
  • Virtumanecollection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygiene reasons.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges if you receive the wrong item or a defective product as well as (please check refund policy ) 
    • Hair must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

5.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow [7 business days] for the refund to process.

Product Care

Proper care is essential to maintain the quality of your virgin/raw hair. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Excessive heat
  • Chemical processing (bleaching, dyeing, etc.)
  • Improper maintenance

Care instructions are recommended to ensure longevity.

7.

Custom Orders

  • Custom wigs or made-to-order units may require additional processing time.
  • All custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Liability

Virtumanecollection is not liable for:

  • Improper installation
  • Damage after delivery
  • Third-party services (e.g., hairstylists)

Your personal information is kept secure and used only for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data.
